One of a barrage of actions filed early in 2004 to prevent the implementation of جودريدج on May 17, 2004, this action sought a further stay of جودريدج until the constitutional amendment process could be completed.  Oral argument was heard on May 2, 2005.  In June 2005 the Supreme Judicial Court affirmed the dismissal of the case.
