Building Families and Protecting Children:
National Threats and Implications for Massachusetts

Across the country, we are facing aggressive efforts to restrict reproductive freedom and equal rights for LGBTQ+ people and families.

On April 24, 2024, the Koalition zum Abstammungsgesetz von Massachusetts gathered experts to discuss the impact of these threats and what Massachusetts can do now to protect reproductive rights and access to family building and provide legal security for families formed through assisted reproduction methods like IVF.
