The Supreme Court has set the dates it will hear oral argument in cases challenging the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and California’s Proposition 8.

The Court will hear argument in Hollingsworth kiện Perry – the California marriage or “Prop 8” case on March 26. The Court will hear argument in Hoa Kỳ kiện Windsor, challenging Section 3 of DOMA, on March 27.
