The Supreme Court has set the dates it will hear oral argument in cases challenging the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and California’s Proposition 8.

The Court will hear argument in Hollingsworth v. Perry – the California marriage or “Prop 8” case on March 26. The Court will hear argument in 美国诉温莎案, challenging Section 3 of DOMA, on March 27.
