The Supreme Court has set the dates it will hear oral argument in cases challenging the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and California’s Proposition 8.

The Court will hear argument in 霍林斯沃斯訴佩里案 – the California marriage or “Prop 8” case on March 26. The Court will hear argument in 美國訴溫莎案, challenging Section 3 of DOMA, on March 27.
