Join the in-depth webinar on the Michigan Family Protection Act, set to take effect on April 1, as well as an overview of current threats to family equality, and a review of our civil rights in Michigan.

This landmark legislation establishes critical protections for children born through assisted reproduction and surrogacy in Michigan. The workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of parentage and family laws, including the court’s role in parentage for children conceived through assisted reproduction, updates to the AOP provisions, and the legal framework for parentage of children born through surrogacy.
