Aurin Roy (they/them) is a Legal Intern at GLAD Law for Summer 2025. They are a rising 2L at the Georgetown University Law Center, where they are a RISE Fellow and Global Law Scholar. Prior to law school, Aurin was a Public Health Advisor with the CDC’s Public Health Associate Program, and they were stationed at Hennepin County Public Health to advance health equity for low-income people living with HIV. Aurin holds a B.A. in Public Health and minor in Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. They are interested in the intersection of public health and law, particularly related to LGBTQ+ health.
