Hailey (she/her) graduated as a Hodson Trust Scholar and Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University in 2026, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Sociology and International Studies. Prior to joining GLAD Law, she worked as a Research Assistant for the Immigration Bureaucracy Lab, the Poverty and Inequality Research Lab, and the Arrighi Center for Global Studies. She also completed a National Science Foundation Summer Research Fellowship at the University of Texas at Austin Population Research Center and interned for Democracy International.
